Challenge: Is there really a difference between cell phone companies? Can a cellular provider bond with the customer and provide a friendly image? Solution: A list of business owners in more-likely-to-use-cellular categories was created. This mailer used a clever story and message to grab their attention. We made it easy to respond and provided custom options for service. The sales team was given leads for follow up.
